The Mānuka honey weaves a subtle golden thread through the palate, adding a lovely floral sweetness and a gentle richness that rounds out the coastal character. Quandongs contribute a dry, tangy sweetness, while Tasmanian pepperberry and rosemary add warmth and aromatic complexity.
