Meet Seasn, the new Non-Alcoholic Bitters brand from Seedlip Founder, Ben Branson

Ben Branson, the visionary founder of Seedlip launches pair of delicious & intense 0.0% abv cocktail bitters, designed to elevate your drinks.

Ben spent the past six years experimenting with over 80 herbs & spices to create two intense flavourful liquids ideal for transforming alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, tonic water or sodas, with just a few dashes. seasn represents the idea of seasoning drinks in the same way as seasoning food and seeks to modernise the cocktail bitters category.  

There’s a super bright one: seasn LIGHT. This is designed for your lighter drinks like Margaritas, G&Ts or a Martini. seasn LIGHT provides notes of fresh-cut grass, lime and grapefruit peel, clean bitterness from the Andrographis paniculata plant (also known as the king of bitters) and saltiness from kombu and sea salt. 

And there’s a rich spicy one: seasn DARK. This one is for your darker drinks like ginger ale, whisky soda or even an Old Fashioned. seasn DARK is spicy, with aromatic flavours of kola nut, smoked cherrywood, star anise and cinnamon, with bitterness derived from the king of bitters plant, black pepper, mushroom and cocoa.  

Bitters are a small but crucial ingredient to a drink, adding balance, complexity and flavour and elevating a mixed drink to a cocktail. seasn LIGHT and DARK are the first products from Ben’s new, first of its kind non-alcoholic venture studio: Pollen Projects.

Made with all natural ingredients, seasn is vegan, sugar-free and allergen-free. seasn has been stirring up a lot of buzz since it launched in the UK in late 2023. Already there have been listings at trendy venues such as : FAT DUCK, KWANT, SEXY FISH, LONDON COCKTAIL CLUB, THE HOXTON.and THE DEAD RABBIT.

The US followed shortly after in June 2024, and now Drinks99 is proud to launch seasn in Hong Kong, China and Singapore in September.
